2nd nite performance under super heavy rain.

went to redang for a beach party, and perform as part of J'misquall. departed from Armada hotel on thursday nite and reach ther in the morning den jetty to redang beach. did sound check and rest. then it was our 1st nite performance ady :P the 1st nite it rain badly. lucky the stage is covered. Most remarkable experience of 1st nite is watching 孬 perform and to get to noe 孬's guitarist ah Tat.

The nex day, struggle up from bed to go to marine park snorkelling :P came back for dinner, and very glad no need to soundcheck!! Yesh!! den we straight go snorkeling around the beach. Play kayak then. The funniest moment of the trip, we try to fit as many people on a 2 person kayak. 1st we try 3 person, it was easy with Sim, WeiWei n Me. den we try to fit Moon and Shiqi, it was hard. den Xiang came n join as well.

So we spen like 30minutes try to put 6 person onboard a 2person kayak. and end up wit a 5second record. We keep on laugh non-stop then. people on the beach tod we're riding on banana boat. cz we kept falling down as the kayak overturns.

the 2nd nite, we perform 4songs, and before we hit the stage, it was already raining, and it gt worse then the nite before. the whole stage nearli flood, i had to pack up my preamp, and use oni the amp directli, the tone was aweful, they oni have behringer. felt super lucky and gosh im glad i brought the hardcase along, it protects my bass from the rain. so, there goes my 1st beach gig under heavy rain. quite an experience though.

as for conlusion, taking part in tis beach party, reli open up my eyes, seeing other local, Taiwan, HongKong bands perform reli gav me lotsa exposure. and to know more, i feel that i've known so little. havta brush up my skills dy.
