鼎泰豐是由現在的經營者楊紀華先生的父親楊秉彝所創立的，店名取自楊秉彝早期工作的油行恆泰豐。原本的鼎泰豐也是油行，但因市場競爭關係，在1980年開始轉型販賣小籠包。當時有一位老兵很會做小籠包，跟楊老闆商量在他店門口擺一張小桌子讓他做點小生意，結果小籠包生意超好，於是楊老闆看見了商機就跟老兵學做小籠包，最後才把油行給收了，專心做小籠包生意，逐漸發展成目前的跨國連鎖餐廳規模。

After watching some taiwan entertainment shows, i felt a great lust to try out 鼎泰豐's 小笼包. after the audition for SOM gig, and lost trace of david cz my kancil nt enuf cc, cant catch up with them, we end up in midvalley. when raven suggested to have our dinner at 鼎泰豐, i was very excited, but partli worried, ya noe im quite a tingy person :P

so we end up wit 3笼 ,normal 小笼包, 蟹粉小籠包 and prawn dumplings. and i order porckchop with egg fried rice. the experience of sucking the juicy shiru from the pao is nice :) argh, 笔墨难于形容 so hard to describe. the nex time i go i gotta hav more of those little pao.

for those who actuali know me well, wud know tat i luv to eat pork, its jus irressistable. the porck chop here is gud, very tasty, and i like the fried rice, 饭粒粒分开的. seikan ordered 红烧牛肉面, the soup is very thick and rich, beef was ok, but noodles was abit of a problem. cz part of the mee was actuali nt defroze properly, so its stil stuck together, and very powderish.....sigh....

after sum research online, the 小笼包 in KL are eventuali quite smaller in size compare to the 1 u see on taiwan websites. so wen we head for the bill, they eventuali gave us 10% discount off, bcz they knew Haoto's mama!!! the staff ther actuali go to Haoto's mama AhGo Restaurant in brickfields after work...yeah!!! 10% off!!!

after tat we went around for shopping, and guess who i saw, BassGod KenChung and his gf!!! for those who duno kenchung pls click here . 1st i spotted his beautiful gf den him lol and we continue moving around in the Gardens, look for seikan's bro working in a OchaTeaHouse at the top floor of gardens. It has quite some japanese influence food like wasabi tuna sandwich, ocha drinks :P den went to a shop at top floor and bought domo-kun keychain for myself as christmas present, yippee!!

after tat we rush to TGS cheras for a smal event thing, TGS prject again, record video bla bla. rush back to have my dinner at home. then Haoto call me!!! AUDITION PASSED!!!! so we're in for the spirit of music show thingy hoho :P
